This is a story of an Asian Grocery that I visited a couple of months ago and the spells of spices it was selling
It was a bright sunny December afternoon as I was walking through the streets to my work. I often saw a grocery with large signboard which had mountains and herbs displayed. I thought of taking a look at the store and what it sold.


Indian food is rich in its wide variety of cultural and traditional cuisines which is so simple to prepare that anybody can cook by referring to the TV shows or cookbooks. Its simplicity is what resulted in its popularity, with high nutritious value one gets from all those spices and fresh vegetables used in it.


Indian food has its spicy, sweet-sour and tangling taste, vibrant colors and tantalizing aromas from all those traditional spices it uses while cooking. Spices are the essential ingredients in every Indian house for making those delicious Indian cuisines.


Biryani is a renowned Indian Food originate from the Mughal Dynasty. It is made with spices, rice, and meat such as chicken, mutton, fish, beef or prawns.
